We offer free seller consultations to every prospective client. During this meeting, we will show you a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which details the market data for homes in your area. The selling price of a home fluctuates depending on many factors. Some of these factors are the neighborhood, bedroom count, and square footage. We also look at the age and condition of your home in comparison to others nearby. Are there any major repairs that need done? Have you done any major renovations? My job is to help you get the most out of your investment and to advise you on the best strategy for your situation.

This is a tricky question and the truth is... It depends! The answer primarily depends on whether you need the equity or need to clear that debt to purchase the new home or to qualify for the new mortgage. While we can help to assess and advise on the situation, this question is best answered by your Loan Officer.
