POLICIES:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- We require a copy of every person's Photo ID over the age of 18 and an application that includes a soft credit check and background check.
- We require 50% rent as a security deposit at booking for stays up to 60 days or a full month's rent for stays over 60 days.
- First month's rent is due the day prior to stay.
- No smoking in or around properties. There is a $500.00 fine against your security deposit if we find any smells or evidence of smoking.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. There is a $500.00 fine for events, parties, or large gatherings.
- This property features 1 exterior Ring Doorbell camera. The camera is located on the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video or sound when activated by motion.
- Parking in the garage is not permitted. It may be only be used for storage.
- This is a pet friendly property, however, all pets must be disclosed. There is a non-refundable pet fee and pet addendum that must be signed at lease signing. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets, or there will be a $100 fine against your security deposit.
- Fireplaces are inoperable and for cosmetic purposes only.
- USPS Mail delivery is not allowed regardless of length of stay. You must arrange other mail services via the local post office if you need mail delivery during your stay. Amazon deliveries directly to the door are acceptable. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to a locked parcel locker.
- Driveway parking only. Street parking is not available at this property. Driveway can accommodate up to 3-4 vehicles.
